I have seen lots of discussion of which cities suck for minority men here and elsewhere but not much discussion on what places are more favorable.

131 votes, 24 comments. 41.8k members in the aznidentity community. The most active Asian-American community on the web. We serve the Asian diaspora. San Francisco is the WORST for asian men. Yes, there are lots of locals / asian girls, but the majority of them have white fever. Lots of racism against people of color in London. Mainly anti-brown, but also anti-Chinese. Out of those choices, New York probably the best.

Although big liberal cities have gotten a bad rap sometimes, I have personally had a lot of success in a couple. I did quite well in NYC and Chicago simply due to numbers...there are so many girls and some of them are obviously going to be down with the brown. I've only briefly visited the big cities out West so I can't really comment on them.

I currently live in Nashville, and I've had decent success here. There is a smaller talent pool than the bigger cities like NYC, DC etc. but there are a lot of quality women. Contrary to the stereotype, girls here aren't just all about the 'country boys.' Nashville isn't the most diverse city but in a way it works to my advantage. Women have fewer preconceived notions about Indian guys. Of course being in the Bible Belt, a lot of girls will get married quite early and are off the market sooner than they'd be in the more liberal areas.

When I ventured outside the touristy areas of Miami, I found that a lot of the Cuban girls were pretty receptive. My Spanish isn't great so the language barrier was certainly a problem at times.

I (26F) am so tired of the dating app guys -- Emotionally unavailable looking for hookups. I have a hard time meeting guys because apparently I'm 'intimidating' (Tall with a resting bitch face). I'm not necessarily looking for a BF or a husband but I'm also not looking for just a hookup. Some emotional connection would be nice.

The last guy I was seeing was unbelievably confusing. Would talk to me all the time, occasionally open up about his feelings/family/ect, would hang out at least once a week, BUT I would ask him out and he would always have plans and when I asked what he was looking for he mentioned that he wasn't sure... which in my mind is him saying no I'm not interested.

SO ANYWAY -- Where do I find someone who isn't just fucking around?
